2. Hosting

This website is operated by an external hosting service provider. Personal data collected on this website is processed on the host's servers.

The processing is carried out for the purpose of providing and securely delivering the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Where necessary, a contract for order processing has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files (e.g., IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, operating system, referrer URL).

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to ensure stable and secure operation of the website.

4. Contact and inquiries

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or the quote configurator, we will process the data you enter to handle your request and for possible follow-up questions.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (efficient processing of inquiries). The transmission takes place on the server side via the form endpoints of this website.

5. Cookies and consent management

Our website uses a consent banner with the categories "Necessary," "Statistics," and "Marketing." Your selection is stored locally in your browser so that it is taken into account on subsequent visits.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (proof of consent), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (functional consent control) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for consent-based categories.

6. Statistics (Google Analytics / Google Tag)

Google statistics scripts are only loaded into the "Statistics" category after active consent has been given. Without consent, no corresponding tracking takes place.

The legal basis for activation is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Consent can be adjusted or revoked at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

7. reCAPTCHA for forms

To protect our forms from misuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. Technical data (e.g., IP address, browser information, usage behavior) is transmitted to Google for risk assessment.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (protection against spam and abusive requests). In addition, Google's privacy policy applies.

8. External content and services

External content is integrated on individual pages, in particular Google Fonts and, on the contact page, map services via Leaflet with map material from OpenStreetMap/CARTO. Your IP address may be transmitted to the respective providers.

9. Storage period

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purposes or as long as there are legal retention periods.
